MGPM was founded in 2001 principally as a retail construction project management company to service three key Clients. Since that time it has expanded to a point where it now has a total of 12 staff and 6 project managers turning over in excess of £2 million and managing upwards of £30 million construction per annum. We specialise in “one stop shop” project management taking on all aspects of a project from initial acquisition and building survey to maintenance. We have our own in-house design team but we are happy to work with a Client’s appointed designer, or appoint a designer, selected to suit the type of project.
We are able to offer this exclusive service due to our in-house team of project managers, who largely have a Building Surveying or Architectural Technologist background. We have built long-standing relationships with specialist companies who assist with interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical and acoustic design, lift and escalator works and quantity surveying. Geographically we cover the whole of the UK and Ireland from our offices near Chelmsford, Essex
We feel our success has been due to the single point of contact approach we adopt so that the Client need only talk to one person for any aspect of the project. This means we have control over the whole scheme and a greater understanding of what the Client wants.
