The need for structural alterations is inevitable on a large proportion of fit-out projects. These works can range from small alterations such as forming door openings through load bearing walls, to major structural alterations to accommodate new escalators and lifts, and to achieve a client’s desired layout.

Through our own experience and expertise, and our long standing relationships with a variety of structural engineering firms, we are able to take on the design of all structural alterations necessary to achieve a client’s requirements. MGPM can either appoint engineers directly, thus integrating these services seamlessly into the overall MGPM service package, or can work alongside engineers appointed directly by clients.
