MGPM is pleased to have recently project managed the fit-out of the new Roche Bobois flagship store at 339 Finchley Road. The split-level premises presented a complex scope of works, including new timber floors, rendered walls, the installation of six new staircases, and the delivery of full new mechanical and electrical services.

 

MGPM managed the project from inception to completion, preparing and submitting the planning applications, securing Building Control approval, and assisting the client’s legal team throughout the landlord approval process. The result is a beautifully executed flagship showroom that reflects Roche Bobois’ design excellence and attention to detail.
