​RJ Corp, trading as TWG chose MGPM to take on the combined Project Management/Quantity Surveying/Principal Designer/Contract Administrator role for their Oxford Street Flagship store. The site, which had remained essential un  touched for over 30 years, was subjected to a complete strip to shell and re configuration. It included the formation of a Building Regulation compliant fire escape solution and extensive structural opening up works  before having a full fitout to the current Brand standards complete with all new shopfront and stonework. The total spend was in excess of £1.5m and the works on site took were delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule at 20 weeks
