We are proud to announce that Future Stores, the groundbreaking new retail concept on Oxford Street, has won the Technology Award at this year’s Creative Retail Awards.

M G Project Management were responsible for project managing the fit-out of this pioneering store, which sets a new benchmark for the future of retail. Future Stores merges cutting-edge technology with immersive brand experiences to deliver a flexible, interactive environment unlike anything seen before on the UK high street.

The store features over 400m² of Micro LED displays spanning walls, ceilings, and columns, creating a cinematic environment that can be instantly reprogrammed for brand activations, live feeds, or storytelling. Seamless “phygital” integration allows shoppers to use QR codes, AR tools, and digital overlays to connect physical products with engaging content. Behind the scenes, advanced technologies such as LiDAR and real-time analytics provide invaluable customer insights while enhancing service delivery.
